Hi. I have just had both my bikes stolen. They were:
A Saracen D-Tox 05
A GT Aggressor 07 (I was not the user of the GT at the time it got nicked.)
So i acquired a frame off a friend. It was a Diamondback Beta 07 and he didn’t look after it and wanted to bmxing. But back on topic, i have just acquired from my parents for the bike Shimano Deore XT:
Front Derailleur
Rear Derailleur
Chainset
Cassette
Chain
Shifters
I have £400 to spend on the other stuff for the frame. Please suggest some items. I might be able to strech my budget. Speed is my primary objective. I will probably require semi-slick tires. I live in Worthing and Brighton is not that far from me so I would like to be able to go to local stores like Evans to purchase items. I hope i did not break any forum rules as this is my first post.
