I think that is a typo from the previous week - I’ll be there at 630am.

Saturday’s Alternative Route

The alternative/longer EB ride on Saturday will meet at 7 at normal place but will now do a modified White Rose Medium route via Askwith – Greenhow – Grassington – Arncliffe – Halton Gill – Silverdale – Malham – Hetton – Thorpe – Barden – Langbar(if we feel like).

According to Memory-Map its 73 miles and 7400 feet of ascent (with Langbar it’s 73.5 miles and 8000 feet).

The pace will be steady and will be a good test for anyone attempting the Long White Rose ride on June 8th who is not sure if they will manage it or not!

I think at least myself, Harry Q, Richard and John E will be attempting. All welcome.

Northside of Littondale, of course, on Saturday. It’s the only choice!

Could be the perfect warm up ride for the Etape du Dales, El Cid.
