some scally wag/s have half inched my car with bike in the boot :(

i suspect the car was used as a getaway as 2 motorbikes were found just round the corner and the bike was a bonus for them.
they were taken from northampton but could be anywhere by now as the m1 would have been logical escape route.

the car is a nissan sunny estate reg k240 slm

and the bike was made up of:

red handsome dog frame, black rockshox judi, lx gearset, red magura hs33 on back, silver magura louise disc on front, red sidewinder cranks and red bmx style pedals, and raceface black riser bars.

not so sad about the car but the bike is my pride and joy and it won’t be covered by insurance : (

if you have bike insurance check as you might be covered. at one time i was working alround the country so used to take a road or mtb wih me wherever i went depending on the venue. I checked with the insurer re what happens if they are stolen from inside the car and the answer i got was that they were covered so long as the car was locked, ie I had taken reasonable steps to ensure their safety.
