Urgh, makes me feel nauseous.

Last, whilst you are trawling the world’s news sites will you please find some happy or amusing news. I’m trying to cut down my alcohol intake and am finding the world depressing enough already.

Thanks

Although I did particularly enjoy cycling in this morning and I can’t wait to cycle back home

Couldn’t believe this when someone at work mentioned a while ago that you’re safer cycling on the road without a helmet.

Cycling without a helmet

Personally, I’ll be keeping my trusty Giro on my head, whether it be on the road or the trails !!

i’m sticking to my principle… NO HELMET NO RIDE… be it be urban or a mountain trial… just a safety precaution anyways… and true to that GIRO is one comfortable helmet for me…
