Cheeky Blugger - At least if it’s raining you can get some triathlon training in that nice tropical outdoor pool. I wouldn’t dare for fear of catching a rare fungal infestation. But you’ll be used to that from swimming at Leeds international I suppose.

How is the Triathletes foot/crutch/armpit these days?

Some strange red lumps on my feet but other than that…

I do indeed plan to get some swimming in though!

I may be running and swimming in the heavy rain and 40mph winds predicted for Thursday - I most certainly will not be going round the coast road!

Following Bruce’s advice and having checked the small print the payment for a bike only increases the overall baggage allowance to 32kg, with £5 per kg for anything greater!

Now for the good news - the weather forecast on the BBC has improved!

Thursday now light rain and 26mph winds - well its better than heavy rain and 40mph winds isn’t it!

And I am much further away. Sadly I’ve put it all back on now as my Majorcan appetite is devouring everything in sight. Back on the turbo tonight (Still haven’t rebuilt my mountain bike after the christmas fork service)
