Getcha selves out on Saturday for start of the annual winter blowout Buckden Runs. 9:30 @ Keighley to Buckden and back - no poncey cafe stops, no stops at all in fact. If you misss the first couple of steady ones, don’t bother with the others.

Not sure what’s happened this year - it was way faster than normal. We usually average < 20mph but yesterday was 21.7 by by speed. Maybe it’ll steady off next week. Personally I blame Conan and Matt.

How are your legs today - are you still doing that crazy running/swimming stuff aswell?

Hopefully the rollockings Sid handed out may slow it down a little bit at the start this Saturday.

I did a x country for LBT yesterday, and turned at Starbotton to save myself a bit on Sat.  Legs weren’t too bad but I went over on my ankle which is now double the size it should be.  Prescribed rest!

You looked to be going very well and rather too comfortable.

Sounds painful - best get plenty of ice on it. Not sure I’d say comfortable exactly but I don’t feel to be going too badly at the moment, certainly better than last year. I don’t know why though, did b*gger all in October & November, and December was patchy. Must be the running I did.

sounds like you lot turned off before it really got fast on straight flat bit before buckden. Good thing really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats exactly when I turned off. 

Theres no points awarded until March for the cycling but there were points for running on Sunday.
