can anyone help?

hi guys could anyone shed any light on this frame ? i got it off e bay and can not find out who made it . it around the mid 90,s i think, and it has a arrow cnc’ed into the frame its very well made and was met blue. has about 5 to 6 inch of travel it also has ajustable rear wheel dropouts as per pics. any help would be great thanks and happy safe ridin
