I’m still up for it. I understand that the shorter distance option is considered to be a more attractive route, so you might want to factor that in to the equation. Sorry to have been off the scene for so long. Really looking forward to catching up with everyone.

Guys - we have a potential 6th man who might want a lift from the Jockland Border.

So:-

* If anyone is going to pull out , please let us know.

OR

* If anyone fancies a late entry and joining us, we can arrange a two vehicle convoy.

I’d love to but sadly two weekends out in one month is all the fanmily will stand.

I survived Moutain Biking in Chamonix by the way and got the ‘most impressive off’ for one of the days for outstanding stupidity on a raised wooden thingame that everyone else declined to try.........

There are 3 weather reports for Ullapool.

Today the Metcheck says we’ll get a bit of rain, a little wind , 8mph, and some sun
http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/dayforecast.asp?zipcode=ullapool&day=2

BBC says rain and a bit windier - 17mph
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=2262

Met office agree with the BBC

A good ride was had by all. I’m sure El Cid will soon write a review with his usual mix of poor grammar and weak humour, but until then here are some photos of everyone in action… still trying to find Patrick & Brian the orphan Scotsmans pictures. Should you see any of us around and about, feel free to ask about the bloke who tried to adjust his computer sensor whilst on the move, the drunk old man who got lost in the pub & Patricks guitar playing Britain’s got talent style effort.
