I’ll be out: Sunday (24th)- 7am - Littondale - Arncliffe - Malham Monday NOTE: 7am - 2 hour ride
Tuesday - Friday - 6.30am as usual for approx 1 hour ride

I will be out next week, following a punture last week, I need new tyres which still haven’t been put on as I have been away too
The condor road club are doing a 100 miler on sunday from Menston and I know El Cid was up for a long ride on Monday
