How old is he? </p> <p> “We were vets ‘cos of the average age of the team - we had an old git in the team but Stuart did really well. And Bruce too - he’s really great and fast.” </p> <p> Good, so where does that leave Aire Valley, I thought they had their eyes on him for 2007? </p> <p> “Yeah, well, the lads there have been great, they’re all fantastic and have really brought him on (except that Justin - he’s all mouth and no trousers). But I think it was his performance in the infamous ‘Bacup run’ early in the year that swung it.” </p> <p> You were there? </p> <p> “No, but I heard he quickly moved through the bunch on all the climbs.
